Free wedding guest list and address organiser
Keep your wedding guest list and invitation addresses in one place, check for missing addresses and duplicates, and download a file ready for a mail merge or labels.
What it does
Add one household at a time: who is invited, how many adults and children, whose guest they are, and where to send the invitation. The tool keeps a running count, flags what is worth fixing (a missing address, a household entered twice, an email that does not look right), and gives you a spreadsheet file with one row per household, ready for a mail merge or address labels.
If you already have a list in a spreadsheet, export it as CSV with a header row and paste it under "Import a list you already have".
Your list stays on your device
The list is saved in this browser only, on this computer. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. That also means it is not backed up: download it regularly, and do not rely on it if you clear your browser data or switch computers.
How to use it well
- Count households, not individuals, for invitations. One invitation per household is normal.
- Enter children and adults separately. Your caterer and venue care about the difference.
- Collect addresses early. Chasing a missing address a week before you post is stressful.
- Mark whose guest each household is, so you can keep the two sides balanced.
- Download the file and keep a copy somewhere safe.
When the list is ready, read when to send wedding invitations and use the invitation timeline to plan the posting date.
Questions
Is it free?
Yes. No sign-up and nothing to install.
Where is my guest list stored?
In this browser on this device, using local storage. We never receive it. Download a copy so you do not lose it.
Can I use the file for labels?
Yes. Open the downloaded file in a spreadsheet and use your word processor's mail merge, or copy the address labels as plain text.
Does it send invitations or email guests?
No. It organises the list. If you want guests to reply online, a wedding website has a reply form.
How many households can it hold?
Up to 500.
